New websites

A 5 to 10 page brochure site built from scratch, with the structure Google and AI search tools look for already in place.

What pages usually include

  • Home: who you are, what you do, and where, in the first screen
  • One page for each service you offer
  • About: the people behind the business
  • FAQ: the questions you answer on the phone every week
  • Contact: a form, your email, and how to find you
  • Optional: service area, reviews you have permission to share, or a simple blog

Included in every site

This is the baseline I build to. SEO (search engine optimization) means showing up in Google. AEO (answer engine optimization) means showing up in AI answers. Both come down to clear structure, and that is built in, not bolted on.

A title and description on every page

These are the words Google shows in search results. Each page gets its own, written for what people actually search.

One page per service

Instead of one long page that lists everything, each service gets its own page so it can rank on its own.

A real FAQ

Direct questions and answers, marked up so Google and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can pull them straight into their answers.

Schema

Hidden structured labels that tell search engines your business name, location, hours, and services in a format they trust. You never see it, but it matters.

Sitemap and search setup

A sitemap tells Google every page that exists. I submit it and confirm your site is being indexed.

Fast and mobile first

Built to load quickly on a phone with spotty signal, because that is where most of your visitors are.

The process

  1. Step 1

    Kickoff

We talk through your services, your area, and your customers. I ask a lot of questions so the writing sounds like you.

  2. Step 2

    Draft

I design the pages and write the first draft of the content. You review a live preview and mark up what to change.

  3. Step 3

    Launch

I connect your domain, submit the site to Google, and hand you a short guide to what is where.

Common questions

What is a brochure site?

A brochure site is a website whose job is to explain your business and get people to contact you. No online store, no customer logins. For most local service businesses, this is exactly what you need.

Do I need to write the content myself?

No. I write the first draft from our conversation and from any notes or old material you have. You correct and approve. If you prefer to write it yourself, I will structure and edit it.

Do I need a domain name already?

Not necessarily. If you have one, we use it. If not, I help you pick and register one in your name so you always own it.

Can I add pages later?

Yes. The site is built so new pages fit in cleanly. Adding a service page or an update is the kind of small change the monthly plan covers.

Will I be able to make changes myself?

You can, but most of my clients would rather email me the change and have me make it. That is what the monthly plan is for. If you want to edit things yourself, we can set that up.

Starting from nothing?

Tell me about your business and I will map out which pages you need and what it will take to get them live.
