Common questions
What should I include in my message?
- Your business name, your current website if you have one, and what is prompting you to reach out. If someone referred you, mention them. That is plenty to start.
How quickly will you reply?
- Within one business day, usually sooner.
Is the first conversation a sales call?
- No. It is a short talk about your business and your site so I can tell you honestly what I would recommend, including if that is not me.
Do you meet in person?
- Only if you want to. Most of the work happens over email and video calls, and that works fine from anywhere. If you are in Dallas-Fort Worth and prefer to meet, we can.
